Loyal Customers

I have to say that while there are some people that come into my jobs that make me want to tear my head off, there are also the loyal customers that are always so friendly and happy to see you. This is a shout out to them for making my job that much more enjoyable after having some demanding angry person. They are the ones that make me want to come into work that much more. Some of them even tell me the next day they are coming in to make sure that I will be there. I love my loyal customers that like the work that I do for them. I can honestly say that when I end up moving to another job I will miss them the most. ♥

Books? I don't think so...

Well the other day a fellow coworker was assisting a customer at one of my current places of employment and as he was assisting her the customer had failed to tell him of the large amount of weight in her package and as he lifted and the weight shifted pulling his shoulder with the box. This led to my coworkers shoulder being dislocated. The lady never said sorry as he started to weep from pain. She simply ignored him and expected to him to continue helping her. With that my manager stepped in and let him go home. How can people be so cruel and unfeeling? That's what I am wondering.

Introduction

I have worked in the customer service industry for just over three years and the more that I think back on all the work that I have done and all the jobs that customers have asked me to do. I have found that there are very few people that actually make the life of a customer service worker awful but those are the people that ruin it for everyone else. On here I am going to write a blog to tell you of the crazy requests that I hear on an average day from not only my life and line of work but also of those around me. I am hoping that this will help some people to realize that they are not alone when it comes to people that are unappreciative of the work that you do. Hear me out right know I love both of my jobs dearly and for that reason I will not be disclosing the names of the places that I am employed but I will tell you the real stories that happen.
